We can arrange a home visit and we promise an absolutely pressure-free experience. Our reputation is built on looking after our customers and treating them with respect, so you won’t get any sneaky, salesman’s techniques from us. (We might drop hints for a cup of tea though!)
You are also very welcome to come and visit our showroom at the Snow Hill Business Centre in Copthorne, near Crawley. Our Showroom manager Ashley looks forward to meeting you. (And yes, she’ll make you a cup of tea!)
We also believe that the after-sales service is every bit as important as the service you get from our sales team. So, we have our own, highly trained, engineers, who have access to state-of-the-art equipment that helps them to diagnose problems and find the most cost-effective solutions. We’ll also happily come out to your home to carry out repairs or servicing whenever possible.
We’re even happy to service or repair products that weren’t originally supplied by us; provided we can get hold of the right parts to do the job properly.
Finally, we absolutely promise, never, ever, ever, to fold our arms across our chests, suck our teeth and try to sell you a new product if we can fix the one you already have. |
